Alasdair MacPherson polls most votes to be elected to represent Bannockburn Ward
Alasdair MacPherson was re-elected last Thursday to represent the Bannockburn Ward for the SNP. Alasdair polled the most votes for the second election in a row, polling 1236 votes or 37.5% of the vote, the highest vote of all 22 councillors on Stirling Council.
Unfortunately Gerry McLaughlan narrowly missed out in being elected, which is a real shame as Gerry would have made a fantastic councillor for the Bannockburn Ward.
