Youth Project

I firmly believe that the local youths in Bannockburn are no worse than any where else in the Stirling Council area.

I feel however, that if there was a community project, similar to that which the Raploch and Cultenhove communities enjoy,it would substantially cut youth crime.

It would encourage them off the streets and put an end to the trouble and verbal abuse which Bannockburn people have endured over from youths over the last number of years.

I am not saying that a community project would completely stop youth crime, but I know that the setting up of such a project would be a step in the right direction.

It has been proven that if you give youths some responsibility that they take pride in their community and feel less likely to commit crime.
